Rhian Ravenscroft is a lawyer with expertise in commercial, technology, and strategic legal matters across international markets. As Head of Legal, EU at MarketAxess, she combines legal and commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Alongside her corporate legal career, Rhian has been a committed advocate for women's professional sport. As Vice President and board member of The Cyclists' Alliance (TCA) from 2019 to 2024, she helped strengthen the organisation's governance and support reforms that improved the professional working environment for female cyclists. Under the organisation's leadership team, TCA secured major funding and strategic partnerships that expanded rider services, legal support, and operational capacity. The organisation also contributed to important governance and welfare reforms across the sport, including stronger protections against abuse and harassment.

Recognised as a strategic and collaborative leader, Rhian combines legal expertise with a strong commitment to athlete advocacy.

She joins Kyniska as Chair in July 2026, bringing her governance and partnership experience to an organisation dedicated to safeguarding and empowering women in sport
